LK 04-15 - Bord na Móna Sharepoint Services

Bord na Móna has procured an enterprise suite of Microsoft systems and applications. A key component of this architecture is SharePoint 2013. The Sharepoint platform implementation will be delivered, as part of another programme of work, into production in June 2015. Following the successful implementation of the SharePoint 2013 platform, Bord na Móna wish to develop and operate an effective governance model to ensure that the system is managed and used in accordance with its designed intent and prevent it from becoming an unmanageable system.
