Extension at St. Fiachra’s Senior National School, Montrose Park, Beaumont, Dublin 5

Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of single storey extension consisting of 2 mainstream classrooms with en-suite toilets and 1 x WC for assisted users (total area 183m2) and a further 4 x 16 m2 SET Rooms. The project is to include the upgrade of the existing Mechanical & Electrical Installations as required and all associated site/enabling works. All works are to be carried out in strict adherence to TGD 022 & TGD 026.
