RSIS 2023 - Road Safety Improvement Schemes

Road Safety Improvement schemes. The works will take place in several locations throughout Cork City Council's jurisdiction, in public realm areas in urban, suburban and rural settings on and adjacent to Local, Regional and National Roads. The work will consist of: - site clearance, excavation of existing roads and footpaths and minor demolition works - installation of subsurface utility ducting and drainage - construction of new road pavements, footpaths, traffic calming features and landscaping - laying out and commissioning of pedestrian crossings, public lighting - installation of road signage and lining
