Framework Agreement for a CRM Consultancy to support the Redesign, Development, Support & Related Services for DCCI’s Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System

Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) invites tender submissions from interested CRM Consultant Agencies for the redesign, build, implementation, and support of DCCI’s Salesforce CRM System. The project will require the successful tenderer to manage the project – CRM redesign and development, and adoption strategy, liaising with DCCI CRM Administrator and relevant personnel to understand the business needs.
