Córas Iompair Éireann/Iarnród Éireann (CIE/IE) is engaged in the business of public transport, as per its Statutory Undertaking. To this end, CIE/IE holds a substantial portfolio of telecommunications assets including trackside fibre. CIE/IE is seeking advice as to the value of current fibre arrangements within its portfolio and also the potential for future commercial arrangements, and is seeking consultants for a period of up to 3 years, with possibility to extend for further 24 months on annual basis (1+1) at the discretion of CIE/IE.
