RFT for the Report on Implementation of 3rd National Biodiversity Action Plan The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) is the official body responsible for oversight of the implementation of the NBAP and for coordinating the other Public Authorities, eNGOs and private sector organisations involved in the process. The NPWS now invites individuals or a consortium to tender for writing a report on the implementation of the 3rd National Biodiversity Action Plan. The aim of the report is to assess the implementation and outcomes of the 3rd NBAP, action by action, and to provide an overall commentary on progress towards achieving Ireland’s vision for biodiversity during the timeframe of the Plan.
