MSLETB require a suitably qualified supplier to provide an externally hosted CRM solution which can deliver all requirements listed in the attached Functional Specification document (FSD). Note 1: The Functional Specification Document has been developed by an external company as a result of an RFQ competition, therefore extra time for clarifications has been allotted in this competition. Note 2: The Functional Specification document is based on a Dynamics 365 solution however other hosted solutions which can deliver all requirements set out in the Functional Specification document will be accepted for review.
