PAS120F - Request for Information for Procurement Consultancy Services for use by the Public Sector

This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on the provision of Procurement Consultancy Services to the Irish Public Sector. It is not a call for competition. The key objectives of this market sounding exercise are as follows: (i) To establish the nature, structure and capacity of the market to deliver the provision of Procurement Consultancy Services to the Irish Public Sector. (ii) To seek views on the most appropriate responsive and effective procurement solution for the provision of Procurement Consultancy Services to the PSBs. (iii) To identify any obstacles or risk factors associated with the delivery of the Procurement Consultancy Service. (iv) To establish the viewpoint of market operators on potential lotting structures. (v) To identify any points of concern to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and how the tender process may be structured to facilitate SME participation. (vi) To provide the market operators the opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy and approach to any potential procurement solution for the provision of Procurement Consultancy Services.
