Respite & Care Home Construction - SAQ & Contractor Selection

Brothers of Charity Services Ireland wish to develop a new respite home and day care facility in Claregalway,Co.Galway. Planning permission has been granted for the development (refer to planning ref 17/505). As part of the granted planning permission, 4 residential units were part of the approved scheme,but these are not part of this scope of works. The site is located within the village of Claregalway in the townland of Cathair Gabhannon on the Mointiagh Road. The scope of the development consists of: 1. 337m2 Respite Home to be provided for special needs and will cater for four persons with special needs and a night nurse. 2. 734m2 Day Care Facility with ancillary offices, 3. Site development works as approved in the planning grant consisting of access road, car parks, pavings, site drainage and utilities, 4. Landscaping, street lighting, power, communications and the like are also required within the scheme. The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland wish to procure a Contractor to carry out the construction works through a two stage restricted tendering process. This advertisement is for the first stage of the two stage process and will create a shortlist of suitable contractors who will be invited to the second stage of the tender process which will consist of submitting a tender for the works. When responding to this SAQ, please ensure you have reviewed the Background Information (see subfolder) and you have completed details as per following: 1. ESPD declaration completed. 2. QW1 Suitability Questionnarie fully completed. 3. QW1 Supplement 3.4.1 fully completed. 4. QW1 Supplement 3.4.2 fully completed. 5. All SAQ Appendices in sub folder fully completed.
