Removal and Disposal of Creosote Treated Timber Railway Sleepers from Portlaoise Sleeper Factory, Co Laois, IE have approximately 30,000 creosote timbers at Portlaoise Sleeper Factory, Co Laois, Ireland which are no longer usable and are classified as hazardous waste (EW 17 02 04*) and must be disposed of through an approved waste disposal facility The disposal process must be in line with the European Directives 76-769 and 94-60 and all other relevant applicable laws/legislation.
