Single Supplier Framework for the provision of Foreign Exchange Payment Services for University College Cork, National University of Ireland Maynooth, University of Limerick, Dublin City University, NUI Galway, Trinity College Dublin & University College Dublin. Irish universities process significant volumes of payments to both domestic and international suppliers on an annual basis. The aim of this project is to engage the market to better understand how the processing of foreign exchange (FX) payments may be streamlined whilst ensuring value for money through the application of A fixed low cost or zero cost per transaction A fixed or ceiling on the FX margin over the market rate. We now invite suitably qualified service providers to complete the attached pre-qualification questionnaire to demonstrate that they have the necessary resources and expertise to service this significant contract. The Universities are looking to build a strong relationship with a suitable provider to deliver an exceptional service. We expect the successful provider will be proactively looking at future advances in the FX payments space and ensuring the Universities are kept abreast of market and regulatory developments.
