ENQEIR626 - Reward Management Consultancy Services

EirGrid would like to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of Reward Management Consultancy Services. Reward expertise does not exist within the organisation and EirGrid would like to leverage the reward knowledge of a consultancy service that has experience across a number of sectors with a significant focus on Commercial Semi-state companies. This will allow EirGrid to better benchmark our reward process in our multi-skilled business on a regular basis. The contract will be awarded for a period of two years with an option to extend annually for up to an additional four years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the successful Tenderer. The scope of Requirements is expected to include, but is not limited to: 1. Provide external input on best practice reward methods 2. Conduct job evaluation using recognised, established, evaluation methods 3. Provide market pay data and analysis on the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland Markets for the High Tech/ Energy and General market sectors. 4. Conduct specific reward consultancy projects, as required, from time to time 5. Prepare presentations and inputs suitable for Senior Management demonstrating best practice reward input and knowledge of relevant markets 6. Provide inputs on reward practices and developments in Commercial Semi-state sector.
