T.043/2018 - Provision of Garda Executive Leadership Programme (Level 9 National Framework Qualifications)

The course will cater for 20 participants drawn from An Garda Síochána at senior management level who will undergo a one year programme. The proposed Garda Executive Leadership Programme (Level 9 National Framework Qualifications) aims to 1. Build our executive leadership capability to initiate and sustain the significant processes of change required to make and shape the future of Irish policing. 2. Further develop strategic leadership competence within senior leadership of An Garda Síochána by fostering concepts, principles and skills and enable strategic thinking.
