Fit Out of Office Space for Chief State Solicitors Office

The proposed works include Open Plan Offices, 10 No. Cellular Offices (8 No. New and 2 No. Existing), New Print Room, Comms Room, Meeting Room, Break Out Area, Tea Station and Seating Area. Existing kitchen units and sink to be removed from the Canteen area, this area will be a new Print Room with adjacent small store. The proposed work includes work to existing ceilings and new suspended ceilings incorporating new lighting (see M&E), new glass doors and partitions, new solid plasterboard partitions and kitchen units. An installation of 2 sets of new Mobile Shelving Units is also proposed. The new works will include new floor coverings, decorating of walls and ceilings throughout.
