TD 66 - Tender for the Supply of a ICT Specialist for the LGMA Network Services Division
The LGMA provides a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Service and an Internal ICT Service to LGMA staff, Local Authority and Hosting/Shared Service customers. The LGMA currently provides 1st and 2nd Level support to these customers with 3rd Party Companies providing 3rd Level support when required. In support of this service, the LGMA require the supply of a Specialist ICT expert for the duration of 12 months (6 months with a review and 6 months extension). The specialist would be based in Phoenix House, Dublin and would work as an end-to-end trouble-shooter and as the LGMA architect providing the services listed in section 2.1 of the RFT document.
