St. Brendan’s N.S. - Emergency Works Scheme - Toilets Refurbishment

This project will require the replacement/refurbishment of the toilet blocks within the school. The works will involve strip out and complete upgrade of 3 no. pupil toilet blocks and 2 no. staff toilet areas. The school is on two levels GF & FF. The pupils toilets are located on both floors, this first floor area being stepped back partly over the ground floor. There is staff toilets located on the ground floor (2. no). The contractor shall provide a complete turnkey service including Builders works, Mechanical, Electrical & Sanitary-ware installations.
