PHECC-16-007 - Due Diligence - Transition from Occupational First Aid (OFA) to First Aid Response (FAR)

PHECC wish to tender for the provision of a due diligence service which will facilitate the transition from Occupational First Aid (OFA) Health and Safety Authority (HSA) training standard to the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) First Aid Response (FAR) training standard. This involves the creation of an effective regulatory regime which is financially sustainable, bureaucratically lean and efficient.
