*The delivery of a three storey Remote Working Hub building to incorporate civic use lettable space at ground floor and to accommodate lettable office space for various private companies with shared office facilities on upper levels;
*The delivery of a large public plaza area, event space;
*The delivery of public realm improvements to adjoining streets and
laneways;
* All ancillary works associated with this phase.
