The Contracting Entity intends to procure a framework agreement with a single provider for the provision of a leadership development programme aligned with its Business and People Strategy to enable Net Zero carbon emissions by 2040. Leadership capability is a key enabler of delivering our strategy.
The ‘Leader as Coach – Leading by Example’ programme is intended to be a practical, action-learning-based programme focussed on bringing ESBs values and leadership behaviours to life. It will be underpinned by our ‘Leading the Way We Work’ leadership profile in the delivery of our Net Zero Strategy
