Short description

Transport Infrastructure Ireland is procuring the provision of legal services under a number of Framework Agreements. The legal services are associated with the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and all other aspects of roads, active travel, and light rail projects nationwide. Tenderers will note that this competition contains four lots.
The legal services to be provided are those required to deliver the various phases of the Project Management Guidelines, as they apply to Roads and Active Travel projects, as well as light rail projects.

Additional information

In relation to the 'total value of the procurement' of 10 million euro across all lots noted in
section 2.1.7. That amount is the maximum amount not to be exceeded throughout the 24
month framework period. There is a possibility for an extension of 1 year plus 1 year on this framework.
The actual estimated framework spend is circa 5 million euro some 50% less than the 10
million euro not to be exceeded amount specified. The 5 million euro is an estimated amount
only to cover call offs under the framework agreements for all lots (1 & 2 & 3 & 4) for the
duration of the framework.. The estimate is based on historical records and certain
assumptions over the next 24 months. The estimate is based on awarding numerous call offs
over the duration of the framework. TII does not commit to any amount, any retainer and all
projects are subject to approval by the appropriate authorities.
This Award notice related to the appointment of applicants onto Lots 1, 2, 3 & 4 of the TII335
Framework Agreement.
