In response to the tender stage of this restricted procedure, of the tenders which proceeded to full evaluation, only irregular tenders were submitted, as referenced in Regulation 26(3)(b) of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016. A competitive dialogue procedure was applied and the remaining tenderers that submitted tenders in response to the tender stage of the restricted procedure were included in such competitive dialogue procedure. The information contained in this contract award notice relates to the outcome of the competitive dialogue procedure.
Amounts payable under this contract will be linked to the volume of services required by the NTMA.
