Information about options
Options:

Description of options:
The initial requirement is for a solution that facilitates up to 6,000 guest internet connections per day. As demand for this service may exceed 6,000 connections per day over the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority is including an option to increase the number of guest connections in additional increments of 2,000 connections per day. For example when the threshold of 6,000 connections per day is exceeded the Contracting Authority will increase the number of connections per day to 8,000. If the threshold of 8,000 connections is reached the Contracting Authority will increase the no. of connections per day to 10,000 etc..
The Contracting Authority is including an option to increase the bandwidth in increments of 1Gb at both Data Centres if demand for the service results in traffic levels that exceeds the available bandwidth.
The contracting Authority is including an option to increase the term of the contract by 12 months.
The Contracting Authority does not commit to calling off any additional capacity for user connections or connectivity bandwidth over and above the initial requirements.
