Short description
Procurement intends to publish the National Drawdown Framework Agreement for the Provision of Medical Hygiene Products Tender in May 2023.
The proposed approach is to appoint Tenderers to a Framework Agreement Direct Drawdown, all tenderers that meet the mandatory requirements and will be chosen to ensure the (MEAT) economic operator is successful in meeting the client’s needs. The potential to develop competition on price, quality and ensure greater efficiencies. Provide a transparent and competitive mechanism to award the contract. The Appointees will be ranked, based on their scores under the Award Criteria (see above 7). The Health Service Executive (including organisations funded/contracted by the HSE); Irish Public Sector Departments and Organisations can drawdown directly from this Framework. Appointees to this Agreement will be considered to best meet the clinical requirements of the Service User in a Healthcare Setting whilst offering best value to the HSE.
