Designed to achieve nZEB compliance, the building is to consist of approx. 2,569m2 (27,652ft²) production space
with a parapet height of circa. 13.7m (45ft.).
The ancillary office space over two floors comprising approx. 237m² (2,551ft²) will be fitted out to include raised
access floors, suspended ceilings, lighting, heating, air conditioning, finished toilets and common areas
The works are to be completed by September 2024 (indicative)
