Short description

This RFT invites proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish four multi-party framework agreements for the provision of supports to the Business Supports Programmes. Each framework agreement will cover a separate lot as listed below:
• Lot 1: Policy analysis and advisory support to SEAI business programmes
• Lot 2: Strategic support to large businesses
• Lot 3: Small Medium Enterprise (SME) programme supports
• Lot 4: Project Management, Co-ordination and Sustainability Consultancy
Tenderers may submit a response for one or more lots. There is no restriction on the number of lots any Tenderer may be appointed to. Tenderers may submit responses as part of consortiums for individual lots.

SEAI engages directly with large businesses through operational or engineering department experts, and senior management to drive a structured energy management systems built on energy efficiency. The systems are based on ISO50001, IS399 Energy Efficient Design and other networking and communications initiatives increasingly focused on industry decarbonisation.
