Description of the procurement
These services will include strategic planning and creative execution for businesses and initiatives branded ESB including ESB Corporate, ESB Generation & Trading, ESB Smart Energy Services (SES), ESB ecars and ESB sponsorship and partnership campaigns including ESB Science Blast, Business to Arts and sustainability initiatives. Creative materials will need to be developed for each of the above areas for TV/AV, Press, Radio, Out of Home (OOH) and for activation across digital channels when required (please note we have contracted separate digital creative agencies in ROI and NI). These services will also include direct ‘straight to studio/ BTL’ services for promotional material, reports, brochures, template development and direct mail.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
