It is in the process of upgrading its current portfolio of offices.
The successful tenderer will be required to:
• Advise on spatial capacity and refurbishment opportunities.
• Draft designs for approval by the Contracting Authority considering relevant certifications (e.g., fire and disability)
• Tender, evaluate and award Contracts for Works
• Project Manage works to conclusion.
• Fit out of new offices.
• Management of Insurance Claims
• Ensure Compliance with H&S legislation including, but not specifically limited to, disability access.
• Advise on environmental and energy legislation and opportunities.
• Ensure Compliance with current building regulations.
• Advise on effective and efficient management of building systems and infrastructure.
• Provide related services as required over the Term of the Framework.
