Description of the procurement

DPC intends to engage in a competitive process to procure dredging services using a Multi-Party Framework Agreement to maintain their operational marine areas. The framework will be established based on firms meeting the minimum requirements of the selection criteria and submitting a viable cost proposal. There is also an initial contract. Tenderers should note they can tender for a place on the framework with or without submitting a tender for the initial contract. The initial contract will be awarded based on responses to the cost and qualitative award criteria defined for the initial contract.
