Short description
The Contracting Entity intends to establish a single party framework agreement for the provision of Talent Acquisition Recruitment Services to ESB. ESB have just launched a major jobs announcement to recruit 1000 additional employees over the next three years. In order to address this demand, ESB are seeking to appoint a service provider to deliver the capability required to provide 360 Recruitment Services that act as an extension of ESB’s current Talent Acquisition function to provide the following activities; Source Candidates, Manage requisitions, Manage applications and assessments, Liaise with Hiring Managers, Co-ordinate panels and conduct Interviews, Provide full administration support, reference checking, candidate queries, and candidate feedback

The Contracting Entity intends to establish a single party framework agreement for the provision of Talent Acquisition Recruitment Services to ESB. ESB have just launched a major jobs announcement to recruit 1000 additional employees over the next three years. As a result, ESB have a significant number of vacant roles both in Ireland the U.K., across IT, Engineering, Finance, Asset Development, Customer Service, Commercial and Business disciplines, as well as Apprentices, Graduates and Network Technicians.
In order to address this demand, ESB are seeking to appoint a service provider to deliver the capability required to provide 360 Recruitment Services that act as an extension of ESB’s current Talent Acquisition function to provide the following activities;
• Source Candidates
• Manage requisitions
• Manage applications and assessments
• Liaise with Hiring Managers
• Co-ordinate panels and conduct Interviews
• Provide full administration support, reference checking, candidate queries, and candidate feedback
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
