Lot 1 – Dublin North in Dublin City Council area and adjoining counties
Lot 2 – Dublin South in Dublin City Council area and adjoining counties
Lot 3 – Fingal Co. Co. area and adjoining counties
Lot 4 – South Dublin Co. Co. area and adjoining counties
Lot 5 – Dún-Laoghaire Rathdown Co. Co. area and adjoining counties
