The scope of the Audio Visual tender will include providing advice, services and support in the following disciplines and operations of the NECC including, but not limited to:
Supply of general Audio Visual equipment, typically as listed in the section 1.3 -NECC Overview.
Undertake the supply, installation and configuration of Audio Visual equipment as per specification in the RFT.
Provide on-going pre-sales support and advice, at no additional cost, throughout the lifetime of the contract.
Provide a quality service for the warranty maintenance and support of the proposed equipment delivered under this contract
Provide onsite engineers to assist in configuration or equipment changes as when required. Equipment or configuration changes will include all existing AV equipment currently installed at the NECC.
