Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:  Minimum Professional Qualification:
• Tenderers must hold a valid 2022 Practising Certificate issued by the Law Society of Ireland.
Experience: minimum 5 years post graduate experience with a minimum of 3 years in conveyancing.
Supporting documentation to include,
• Practising Certificate issued by the Law Society of Ireland.
• Submit a CV outlining qualifications and experience as set out above.
