The objective of this Request for Tender (“RFT”) is to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of service of a Secretary to the Board of SEAI. The requirement is for an individual as opposed to a team to provide the service.
The successful tenderer will be required to support, as Secretary to the Board, the business of the Board of the Client through the preparation and maintenance of Board documentation and papers, providing assurance and procedural advice in relation to the Board’s powers and modus operandi and liaison with the Executive on any matters requested by the Board.

Description of the procurement

The objective of this Request for Tender (“RFT”) is to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of service of a Secretary to the Board of SEAI. The requirement is for an individual as opposed to a team to provide the service.

The successful tenderer will provide a specialised service relating to the preparation of the Agenda, the conduct of the business and the recording of the proceedings of:

Business and Public Sector Committee
Research and Policy Insights Committee
Performance Management and Remuneration Committee
The successful tenderer will provide the service in close liaison with the Chair, Chief Executive and the Director of Corporate Services.
