Short description
Fingal County Council seeks Tenders for the establishment of a Multi-Operator Framework Agreement for Training Services for Local Enterprise Offices (LEO) LEAN Business Programme Dublin including Programme Management. The Local Enterprise Offices of Fingal County Council, Dublin City Council, Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and South Dublin County Council (hereinafter referred to as LEO Fingal) recognise the importance of the development of management skills for people managing their own micro or small enterprises. It also recognises the very substantial improvements in productivity and profitability that can result from the application of LEAN principles in an organisation and aims to support managers in effectively embracing LEAN methodologies in their businesses.
