Short description
The Minister for Public Expenditure & Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this request for tenders (“RFT”) as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients. A national framework for the provision of Legal Services to Universities (including the newly established national Technological Universities) that will cover legal service requirements ranging from routine type services that are transactional in nature, to standard operational type services, and high level strategic advices which may be of sectoral importance. The framework agreement will be divided into 6 lots. This list is a non-exhaustive list of the typical legal services that may, be required by Framework Clients: Lot 1-Corporate, Commercial, Information, IP and Research Legal Services Lot 2 - Estates Management & Capital Development Lot 3 - Employment & HR, Lot 4 - Procurement & Competition, Lot 5 - University Affairs, Lot 6 - Multi-Disciplinary Legal Services
