The Grangegorman Development Agency seek to establish a single operator framework to provide continuity of Technical Consultancy Services relating to Mechanical, Electrical and Sustainability Engineering.
Mechanical, Electrical and Sustainability expertise is required to support the GDA in the delivery of the redevelopment of St Brendans Hospital Site, Grangegorman according to the GDA Masterplan vision and in line with all statutory and current technical requirements. The services required under this framework will include:
- General Services including Advisory and Design Support and “In-house/ on-site” support;
- Works related Services: Works developed in line with Work Stages set out in the Capital Works Management Framework
- Sustainability Engineering: Specialist knowledge required applicable both general and works related services
