The appointment is for the roles of architect, design certifier, and design team leader for stages 3-5 inclusive.
The Department of Education has approved an all-in grant for the provision of Additional School Accommodation (742.80m2) to the above stated school.
The project consists of two separate extensions, one to the East and one to the West of the existing school building. The extension to the East is to house a Special Educational Needs base, while the extension to the West will house two mainstream classrooms. Both extensions are linked to the existing school building via the main circulation route. The site works include 14 additional car parking spaces, reconfiguration of the existing designated car park, relocation of the junior hard play area and external areas associated with the SEN base.
