Short description
The purpose of this competition is to establish two framework agreements for Photography Services. Requirements are divided into: Lot 1 Press/Media and Public Relations Photography; and Lot 2 Corporate Photography.
Each multi-operator framework agreement will be established with [four] [4] operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules. The frameworks will initially be established for a period of [two] [2] years, with the option to extend for a further period of [one] [1] year, subject to a maximum of [three] [3] such extensions, and further subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.

Description of the procurement
Lot 1 will be photography related to Press, Media and Public Relations. This will include an on campus presence with some standard editing requirements. The services will be commissioned frequently. During busy periods this will involve attending an event or providing photography to accompany an announcement on a near weekly basis and, on occasion, more than once a week.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents

Description of the procurement
Lot 2 will be to provide Corporate Photography. This may include an on campus presence with a greater element of planning, editing and creativity. Services will be required less frequently, but the volume of material provided for each commission will be greater.
All photographs taken will become the property of the University during the period, and after termination of, the Agreement.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
