Short description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being used to inform interested economic operators that Dublin City Council intends to enter into a competitive procurement process for the Energy Efficiency Retrofitting Programme in their housing stock. The main elements of the framework are yet to be defined and the lots in which the framework will be split are still to be decided.
It is intended that the Dublin City Council Energy Efficiency Retrofitting Programme will run for approximately 8 years from 2023 to 2031 inline with the Programme For Government.
This is not a call for competition or invitation to tender. There are no tender documents available at this stage.
A call for competition may be placed within the next twelve months. No tender documents are available at this stage.
Details of individual procurements pursuant to this notice will be advertised in due course on www.etenders.gov.ie.
Dublin City Council does not require a response to this notice
