Additional information

In response to this open procedure the NTMA received an irregular tender, as such term is understood pursuant to Regulation 26(3)(b) of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016. A competitive procedure with negotiation was therefore applied in accordance with Regulation 26(4) such that a contract notice was not required to be published. The information contained in this contract award notice relates to the outcome of such competitive procedure with negotiation.
Amounts payable in respect of the contract will be linked to the volume of services required by the NTMA. Therefore the contract value stated in this notice (notwithstanding Sections II.1.7 and Section V.2.4 above) is the NTMA's best estimate of the value of the contract and should not be taken as a definitive indication or guarantee of the volume of services that may be required by the NTMA due to the variable demand for these services.
