Tipperary County Council, Mary Immaculate College and Department of Rural and Community Development intends to carry out, in an integrated, comprehensive and planned manner the redevelopment of Thurles Farm Building. The proposal seeks to restore and redevelop a vacant public building as a functional town centre space. This project is a flagship project identified in the public consultation stages of the Thurles Town Centre Renewal Strategy.
Tipperary County Council now wishes to engage a Technical Consultant comprising a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Architect-led design team to provide consultancy services in respect of the Project.
