Description of options:
Pursuant to the provisions in Art 32.5 of the Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, in the event of and subject to additional funding and approval, any additional or repetitive works/services that are directly related back to the original contract, may be awarded to the successful tenderer pursuant to the procedures in accordance with Art 26.1. The basic project shall indicate any possible additional works/services and the conditions under which they will be awarded.
The value of all additional works/services shall not exceed 100% of the original contract or exceed thresholds in line with Local, National and EU Thresholds whichever is less. Pricing and terms and conditions for additional works as per rates provided in the original contract.
