Iarnród Éireann (IE) have a requirement for contract cleaning services services and related cleaning consumables, janitorial products and washroom services nationwide for rail passenger carriages and office buildings / depots.
The list below is indicative of the services and products required but may not be exhaustive;
• Contract cleaning services nationwide for rail passenger carriages and office buildings / depots.
• Cleaning products and chemicals,
• Janitorial products such as toilet rolls, paper towels / rolls, bin bags / refuse sacks, mops brushes and plungers, cloths / rags, surface wipes, anti weils hand wipes,
• Handsoap and handcream,
• Washroom services i.e. removal, cleaning and replacement of roller towels, removal, cleaning and replacement of mats, removal, cleaning and replacement of sanitary / nappy bins, supply and refill of wall mounted air fresheners.
• Deep cleaning and window cleaning services (when required at designated locations)

Description of the procurement

For the purpose of demonstrating the scale of the contract, the contract is Nationwide across the following: Passenger Carriages 126,000 per annum across 10 locations ). Station buildings and concourses (circa 42 locations). Dublin / Cork train turnaround cleaning service (Heuston Station only) (on the hour every hour between 7:00 —22:55 hrs). DART Network Station (circa 30 locations). Miscellaneous buildings, offices and depot facilities (circa 50 units).
