Short description
The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking to award a Single Supplier Framework Agreement and invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply, modification (if necessary), installation, integration, implementation, hosting, data migration (if necessary) and on-going support of an Electronic Offering System (EOS) for Organ Donation for the National Organ Procurement Service. The system will allow authorised users to provide efficient and effective end to end management of organ donation and procurement within Ireland. The scope of the project initially extends to the provision of an information system for the National Organ Procurement Service to enable end to end management of organ donation and procurement within Ireland, including the management of donor family communications. Extensions of the system to manage transplant centre activity and activity in the wider transplant network e.g. eye bank, may be considered in the future.
