The provision of a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Appropriate Assessment (AA), as applicable, for the latest update to the Climate Action Plan. The Climate Action Plan produced by the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) will be subject to a SEA and an AA which will help appropriately shape and develop the Plan,and ensure that the emissions reductions required under the Plan can be implemented sustainably and minimise any impact on the environment.
