The Commissioner of An Garda Síochána (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”).
In summary, the Goods comprise:
The supply of Food Products to Ancillary Services as detailed in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of this RFT.
This public procurement competition will be divided into eleven (11) Lots (each a “Lot”). Each Lot will result in a separate contract.
Any Contract that will result from this Competition (the “Goods Contract”) will be issued to the two highest ranking successful Tenderers with each Goods requirement purchased by way of cascade in each Lot.
Tenders must be received not later than 11:00 am on 10th May, 2022 (the “Tender Deadline”).
Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this Competition.

Description of the procurement

The Commissioner of An Garda Síochána (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”).
In summary, the Goods comprise:
The supply of Food Products to Ancillary Services as detailed in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of this RFT.
This public procurement competition will be divided into eleven (11) Lots (each a “Lot”). Each Lot will result in a separate contract.
Any Contract that will result from this Competition (the “Goods Contract”) will be issued to the two highest ranking successful Tenderers with each Goods requirement purchased by way of cascade in each Lot.
Tenders must be received not later than 11:00 am on 10th May, 2022 (the “Tender Deadline”).
Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this Competition.
