The figures in sections II.1.6 and II.2.6 of this notice represent the Central Bank’s best estimate of the anticipated total value of the Contract, but it is not possible to be definitive in this regard by virtue of the nature of the Contract. Fees may vary having regard to the market value of the relevant portfolio and the amount invested in the portfolio, such that the value of the Contract to the successful tenderer may fall or rise from time to time. The figures represent an estimate only and do not amount to a guarantee that any purchases will be made pursuant to the Contract. The final value may be significantly lower or higher than the estimate.
