Description of the procurement

Atlantic Technological University requests tenders for the provision of CRM Services to include implementation, hosting, support and related services. A competitive procedure with negotiation procedure is being used.
Pre-Qualification Phase Stage 1
The Pre-Qualification Phase (this phase) will be used to short-list the number of applicants, depending on the quality of the responses received in response to the Pre Qualification Questionnaire.
Tender Phase Stage 2
The shortlisted applicants will then be invited to the next phase which is the Tender stage. At this point applicants will be invited to submit a full tender.
Negotiation Stage Stage 3
Tenderers may be invited at the discretion of ATU to attend negotiation meeting(s) at which all aspects of the tender submitted may be discussed, including costs.
Full details of the operation of the competitive procedure with negoiation are set out in paragraph 3.7 of the Pre qualification Questionnaire document.
