UCD wish to procure the services of a Programme Director to lead the transformation programme FinPOST - Finance Programme for Operations and Services Transformation. The programme is currently being mobilised and is expected to perform internal analysis, market exploration, to develop the Finance Target Operating Model and to undertake procurement of a Finance ERP and prepare a Business Case for proceeding with Finance Transformation in the first half of 2023. Should the Business Case be approved, the programme will then proceed to design and implementation with appropriate decision gates.
