The objective of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to form / establish a panel of qualified digtital programme providers, from which providers may be selected to participate in a mini-competition for contract award for the design, development/customisation, accreditation, delivery of training programmes to the Construction Professionals Skillnet and its member companies, once specific needs arise.
The Construction Professionals Skillnet is advertising on eTenders all its known/identified/potential programme/course categories identified in our training needs analysis. We establish an open panel (which new providers will be added to during the year, subject to assessment), notify in writing to successful/non-successful, seek price quotations for each programme/course that happens, and award to successful provider or supplier based on MEAT analysis, advise successful and unsuccessful tenders in writing. Programme costs that exceed the eTender threshold of €214K are subject to OJEU rules.
